By doubling the efficiency of non-toxic organic solar cells and integrating them with sustainable supercapacitors and advanced low-power electronics, EFFECTOR will eliminate batteries and the need for mains electricity in everyday human-centered devices.
This innovative approach will be demonstrated in security and vital health monitoring and wearable device applications, showcasing how indoor and low-level light can power our future sustainably.
