WP1 creates demonstration concepts, defines use cases at a detailed level, guides technology development and evaluates technology building blocks. The objectives of WP1 are to

• Define user-use cases and requirements specifications at a detailed level for industrial production in WP5
• Compare the state-of-the-art building blocks and architectures (defined in WP2 and WP3) and align them with the use cases.
• Define the key technologies and partner value chains for each concept demonstrator, based on the work of WP 2 to 5.
• Identify technological synergies between use cases and draw up co-development plans (contribution toWP 4 and 5).
• Analyse the constraints of the use cases and the technologies chosen: size and power of organic photovoltaics (OPV); size and power of supercapacitors (SC); integration of power management integrated circuits (PMIC); energy requirements for the two targeted demonstration units manufactured in WP5 at TRL7.
